For plumbing, heating, and electrical work:

Call-out fee: £130.00 + VAT plus first 15 minutes on-site: £40.00 + VAT

Total for the initial visit: £204.00 (incl. VAT)

After that: £40.00 + VAT for every 15 minutes.

Note: The price is per engineer.

Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Call-out fee: £200.00 + VAT plus first 15 minutes on-site: £50.00 + VAT

Total for the initial visit: £300.00 (including VAT)

After that: £50.00 + VAT for every 15 minutes.

PAT testing: starts from £80 + VAT for up to 10 items. Additional items are charged at £1 + VAT per item.

Gas Safety Certificate (CP12): £100 + VAT.

Main Appliance Service (e.g., Boiler): £100 + VAT.

Additional Gas Appliances (e.g., Cookers, Hobs, Fires): £45 + VAT per appliance.

Legionella Risk Assessment for Domestic Dwelling: £90 + VAT.

Upgrading a domestic consumer unit starts from £350 + VAT. Most often, we replace a 10 Way consumer unit for £560.00 + VAT.

1. Chargeable Visits: All engineer visits are chargeable at the standard rates, even if no work is carried out.
2. Out of Hours Definition:– Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

   – Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
3. Additional Costs: All rates are subject to VAT, as well as extra charges for materials, plant, rubbish disposal, and parking, if applicable.
